It’s going on five years this February, when I first started my career here at re:fab and since I started working in the painting industry. I was brand new to the painting and pressure washing industry and worked hard at building relationships with property managers and facility managers alike. As time has passed, I can say without hesitation, that this industry is full of down to earth, hardworking individuals that all work together towards the same goal: Making sure the end client is happy!
We here at re:fab we do our very best in making sure we hit the goals of every interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, EIFS or epoxy project that we take on. We value our relationships because we know that there is no easier way to grow as a small business than to keep our clients and vendors happy.
Painting in New England can be challenging at times due to the unpredictability of our regions weather but with our strong team of individuals in and outside of the office, that inconvenience is managed well. Our painters and pressure washing crews communicate with the internal staff throughout the entire project, providing daily updates and helping to keep projects on schedule. By continuing to work together and communicate effectively with our staff and clients, ProGroup Painters by ProGroup Network will continue to grow into one of the most successful painting and pressure washing companies in New England.
