Business Development Representative

We are seeking to add an initiative-taking Business Development Representative to our team. The role will focus on commercial painting & renovation. Developing a new base of commercial clients and continued growth of existing commercial clients. The role is a combination of inside & outside sales with local travel required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell companies services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Schedule customer meetings and estimating appointments
  • Research and identify key targets in designated commercial markets
  • Maintenance calls on existing accounts
  • Participation at trade shows & local chapter of networking groups
  • Conduct client presentations, plan and execute high impact events
  • Effective at calling & email client outreach campaigns
  • When necessary, conduct onsite inspection takeoffs for the estimating department

 

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot

Construction Site Foreman

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of a Job Site Supervisor. This position has the high potential for advancement within the company. re:fab is looking for an experienced roofer/roofing firm to work as a subcontractor for commercial and residential projects throughout the New England area. In this position, the roofer will be responsible for all aspects of pricing, installing, and repairing/replacing roofs for our commercial and residential renovation division.   • Collaborate with our estimating team on job quotes
  • Understand the overall roof assembly being installed and install the materials into a complete and functional roofing system

In this position, the carpenter will be responsible for all aspects of pricing, building, installing, and repairing structures and other items using different types of materials including wood and other building materials for our commercial and residential renovation division. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with various types of commercial and residential new construction, rough framing, siding, window and door installation and remodeling jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our estimating team on job quotes
  • Measure, mark, and arrange materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from re:fab supervisors
  • Cut and shape structures, forms, or other fixtures from wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall
  • Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects
  • Join materials with the most appropriate nail, screw, staple, or adhesive
  • Ensure the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels, surveying equipment, or framing squares; corrects problems as needed
  • Install windows, doors, cabinets, partitions, moldings, etc.
  • Remodel homes and businesses
  • Perform carpentry work in a neat, organized and timely manner

  • Have a thorough understanding of preparation procedures (i.e. sanding, caulking, sealing, etc.)
  • Show an ability to learn all painting functions; i.e. paint windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, etc.
  • Arrive to the job or pick-up spot prior to designated time daily, unless otherwise specified by crew leader or supervisor
