• Applicant MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites.
• Working cell phone
• Ability to travel to jobs located throughout the specified area

The Right Fit Should/Have:

• General knowledge of ladder and power equipment use
• Knowledge of general renovation projects
• Have a thorough understanding of preparation procedures
• Arrive to the job or pick-up spot prior to designated time daily
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Submit reports on all worked performed when necessary
• Make recommendations to his/her supervisor as necessary on the condition of facility
• Must be able to read/understand English
• Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program.

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Renovations team. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is motivated, organized, adaptable, and willing to travel to get the job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Execution & Oversight

• Manage projects from award through closeout
• Conduct site inspections and document existing conditions
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors
• Track budgets, timelines, and overall project progress
• Review plans, scopes, contracts, change orders, and reports

Estimating & Pre-Construction

• Perform takeoffs from plans and field conditions
• Assist with estimates using Xactimate, QuickBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Collect and evaluate subcontractor pricing
• Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities

Communication & Teamwork

• Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Field teams
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Proactively report project status, risks, and solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in construction, renovations, painting, or related trades
• Familiarity with estimating tools (Xactimate, QuickBid, Stack, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and basic building codes

Travel Requirement

• Regular travel throughout New England, with occasional travel beyond the region
• Overnight stays required based on project needs
• Candidates must be able to travel on short notice when required by project timelines.

Reporting Structure
