Although re:fab has different departments that handle a piece of each project, we all work as one team to ensure a proper hand-off to the crew leader. The ”in-betweens” of this cycle involves several people, depending on the scope of the project, the type of the project and customer expectations. Before the project is even started, the communication within the office is just as important as it is with the client.
